MFA Reset or update for offboarding files

I have a question about the Cascade 2.0. I am working on “Off-boarding” employees and need to backup their files in “their” individual cloud accounts. Only solution I know at this point is to login to their virtual desktop and copy the files off to the shared drives/server. To do that I have reset their password which I can do in the console. Then to login all the way I must get past MFA. I don’t always have access to the old cell phone to get past that. That means a call or ticket to support for them to remove the MFA from the account. It would be great to have a button to clear/reset the MFA on the account from the “User Management” console next to the password change option. Also, what does the “Phone Number” section in the “View User” do? Be nice if when that field was updated it update the MFA also.
