When user AVD sessions are frozen and can't work and using CLT+ALT+END isn't working to sign out of AVD, we have to contact support and ask someone to manually sign them out which can take time and really isn't necessary if we had the ability we once had.
This used to be a feature in the old NetApp Cloud Workspace admin portal and we no longer have it. We need it back immediately.
