Add members to a group

Been having an issue for a while now. When you select one user to add to a group it also randomly chooses another person. You uncheck that person and another random person gets checked to be added. Very difficult to get the one user added without getting a bunch of other users randomly being added to the group. Happening in Cascade under two completely separate domains and admin logins.
